Of Ukrainian descent, Lina (Caroline) is a Tiohtià:ke-Mooniyaang/Montreal-based dance artist. Since graduating from EDCM (2018), she has been collaborating with a variety of choreographers including Morgane Le Tiec, Cai Glover, Helen Simard & Roger White, Barbara Kaneratonni Diabo, Aurélie Pedron and Virginie Brunelle. Her movement practice blends a background in contortion and boxing with further contemporary dance training at Italy’s Nuova Officina della Danza (2023). In 2025, Lina co-founded proto studio; a space for dance, creation and community gatherings.
